Match the batch and material viscosity to the exact mixer. DINO-POWER lists DP-M207A/B at 45 L mixing volume, DP-M208A/B at 65 L and DP-M209A/B at 85 L. These figures do not guarantee the same capacity with every heavy compound. Provide material density and viscosity as well as volume before selecting the tool.
A lower gear supports controlled mixing of heavier compounds; a higher gear can suit lighter materials where the supplier permits it. DP-M207B lists 220–450 rpm in its first range and 350–700 rpm in its second. Use the material’s prescribed mixing speed and time, and follow the manual’s gear-changing procedure.
M14 describes the thread, but diameter, length, shape and permitted load also need checking. DP-M207 models list a 120 mm paddle, while DP-M209 models list a 140 mm paddle; both list 590 mm length. Do not fit a larger paddle merely because its thread connects. Ask DINO-POWER to confirm the complete paddle specification for your model.

Keep the paddle immersed, start slowly and avoid creating a deep vortex. Follow the coating supplier’s instructions, especially for products sensitive to bubbles. DP-1602 includes soft start and adjustable speed, which help control startup. The paddle shape and batch depth also matter; high speed is not always the quickest route to a usable mixture.
Suitable DINO-POWER mixers can handle selected building compounds when matched to the batch and paddle. DP-1602 is listed with a 1600 W motor and M14 connection. Confirm viscosity, aggregate and mixing-load limits before use. A handheld mixer is not automatically suitable for every concrete batch or continuous mixing duty; use the appropriate equipment for the actual material.
DINO-POWER DP-M201B uses a listed 20 V, 4 Ah battery, and its page gives 30 minutes of no-load runtime. No-load runtime is not working runtime: thick mortar, speed, batch size and battery condition change consumption. Plan spare approved batteries for sustained work and confirm charger compatibility. Do not apply the cordless sprayer’s runtime estimate to this mixer.
An oversized paddle, excessive batch load or unsuitable speed can overload the tool. Check the material and model limits, and follow the manual’s cooling and restart instructions. DP-M201B includes overload and overheating protection. Do not repeatedly restart a stalled mixer or bypass protection. Reduce the load appropriately and contact DINO-POWER if the fault persists under suitable operating conditions.
Disconnect power or remove the battery, then clean the paddle before material hardens using the approved method. Keep liquid out of the motor housing and inspect the cable, thread and paddle for damage. DP-1602 uses an M14 connection, which should be clean before installing a matching paddle. Store dry and follow the manual for any lubrication or service.
DINO-POWER welcomes OEM/ODM discussion for mixers such as DP-1602. Branding, color and packaging can be specified, and new exterior or internal designs can be reviewed for larger development projects. We have 10 years of manufacturing experience and eight years of ODM development experience. Provide your target batch, voltage, speed ranges and market requirements to define the product specification.
