A hydraulic airless sprayer uses a gas engine to drive a hydraulic pump.
The hydraulic pump draws hydraulic oil from a reservoir and pumps it to the hydraulic motor.
This causes the hydraulic motor to reciprocate and power the fluid pump move up and down which will suck the paint and transfer the fluid to the hose / spray gun.
The hydraulic airless paint sprayer could support larger tip size, and higher viscosity material compare to electrical airless
