tools: cross point screwdriver, sharp vise, allen wrench, alcohol, cotton swabs etc.

1. unscrew the nuts in front of cover by cross point screwdriver
   

    

2. unscrew the nuts of motor cover by cross point screwdriver
   

    

3. unplug airless puressure regulator connector
   

    

4. unplug other lines and remove the cover

   
   

   

    

   

    

5. unscrew the nuts from gear box and remove gear box cover
   

    

6. unscrew the nuts from motor, gear box by using allen wrench, and remove stand/motor/gear as below.
   

    

7. 

    

   
   

   

    

   

    

8. unscrew the sleeve by using a sharp plier
   

    

9. remove v-packing
   

    

10. clean spare parts by using cotton swabs/alcohol/cloth etc.
