Provide the material specification and site utilities so the complete feeding, pumping and application package can be confirmed.

Compare the formulation, aggregate, required delivery, pressure and route. Rotor-stator and piston systems have different feed and wear components. Select the complete machine and application tool around the intended mix rather than assuming every mortar pump handles the same material.

Only when the supplied configuration supports the intended feeding process. Automatic mixing of dry powder requires the correct mixer and water feed. Pumping ready-mixed mortar is a different workflow. Confirm the exact N5, N6, N7, N9 or UB package before ordering.

These materials require a compatible formulation and pump configuration. The N9 range is offered for EPS and lightweight mixture applications. Confirm particle size, mix stability and the required mixing and feeding arrangement with a representative material trial.

Provide hose bore, total length, bends, elevation and mix details. The route changes pressure loss and actual delivery. Maximum listed distance, lift and output are separate limits. Ask for the exact configuration to be checked before planning continuous delivery at height.

Stop and follow the supplied pressure-relief and isolation procedure. Check material consistency, feed supply, hardened mix and the specified pump wear parts. Do not loosen a pressurized hose to diagnose a blockage. Send the model, material and hose route for support.

Send the material data sheet, preparation method, target delivery, hose route, site voltage and phase or engine preference. State whether a mixer, compressor, water-feed equipment and spray gun are required. This lets us quote the complete system rather than an incomplete pump package.
