The airless spray tip / tip guard is standard accessories for the airless spray guns. The spray tip size is maybe different based on the airless paint sprayer or spray gun. The standard tip size for the professional airless sprayer is 517 0.017 inch in 10 inch width, and for the DIY paint sprayer is 515 tip 0.015 inch. But for the big capacity painting machine like X51L / X81L / T60 / T85, we will strongly recommend to use bigger tips minimum size 0.025 inch, because small tip size will lower the speed of the motor, and it will get the motor over heating after spraying for 30 minutes. -
