How we plan an OEM or ODM order
1. Share the market and application
Tell us your destination country, sales channel, coating materials, typical projects, power supply and estimated order quantity.
2. Agree the model and project scope
Compare suitable platforms and define the required accessories, branding and packaging. For ODM work, agree the design and tooling scope and the proposed development schedule.
3. Evaluate samples and approve specifications
Arrange sample evaluation and confirm the specification, appearance, artwork and packaging requirements before moving to production.
4. Confirm the order and payment
Our standard bulk-order payment is 30% deposit and 70% against a copy of the bill of lading. Sample, development and tooling charges are confirmed in the project quotation.
5. Manufacture, inspect and pack
Our team handles assembly, testing and packing. Agree the applicable inspection requirements, product documentation and packaging details for your selected equipment.
6. Plan spare parts and after-sales support
Identify the service parts and repair kits for your range. Confirm the model references, warranty coverage and support documents needed by your service team.
Manufacturing and quality documentation
Our current 12,000 m² factory employs 80–100 people and includes more than 40 machines, including machining centers, lathes and grinding machines, together with more than five sets of assembly lines and test benches. A separate 35,000 m² factory is scheduled for completion and production in 2028.
We operate an ISO 9001-certified quality management system. Product certification and compliance documentation includes CE, RoHS, REACH, ETL and cETL for applicable models. Confirm the documentation and model scope for your destination market during project planning.
Warranty and replacement parts
Professional-series sprayers carry a two-year warranty, excluding wear parts. Other equipment follows its applicable written warranty terms.
