This peristaltic pump texture sprayer has built-in air-transducer which will start the machine automatically when the spray gun trigger is pulled, and shut down the machine when the trigger is released. it will totally prolong the lifetime of the machine and get better spraying performance.
Speed regulator and pressure regulator are available in the machine for easy adjusting.
The sprayer use a durable plywood wooden case package.
The peristaltic pump use a brushless DC motor which is powerful and intelligent so as to pump the material to high spraying area.
What’s peristaltic pump?
Peristaltic pump is type of displacement pump / transfer pump which is used for pumping out a variety of fluid material, it doesn’t matter it contains sands / particles or not, but it must be flowable. The peristaltic pumps are also commonly known as roller pumps. The fluid material is sucked into a flexible rubber tube which located inside a circular pump casing. A rotor with 3 “rollers”, attached to the external circumference of the rotor compresses the flexible tube. As the rotor turns, the part of the tube under compression is pinched closed thus forcing the fluid material to be pumped to move through the rubber tube. Additionally, when the tube return to its natural state after the passing of the cam (“restitution” or “resilience”) fluid flow is induced to the pump. This process is called peristalsis and is used in many biological systems such as the gastrointestinal tract. Typically, there will be 2 or 3 rollers, occluding the tube, trapping between them a body of fluid. The fluid is then transported out at high pressure, toward the pump outlet. Peristaltic pumps may run continuously, or they may be indexed through partial revolutions to deliver smaller amounts of fluid. please note the tube inside is a specially made tube, durable and constant using. of course this tube is a worn part for this pump also.
