What can DP-6325L Airless line striper do?
Airless road striping jobs involve painting lines on the pavement of roadways. You use specialized equipment that applies thermoplastic road marking paint. And it also is a parking lot striper that can be used for parking lot construction and later maintenance.
How long does road striping last?
Depending on the type of paint used, cheap, normal temperature solvent-based road marking paint can only last a few months, while excellent polyurethane-acrylic color anti-skid marking hot melt reflective road marking paint can last 2-4 years.

which type of package do you use for the line striper machine?
we use plywood case as a package, you can load or unload it with a forklift easily. please don’t load more than 3 layers because it’s very dangerous.
what’s important for the transportation?
Never upside down the wooden case, otherwise the oil will enter into the cylinder which will break the engine as soon as you start to work the machine.
Can I ship the striping machine by air?
yes, you can. but we won’t fill the engine lubricating oil inside, so you need to buy the oil locally and then fill it yourself. please double check with our salesteam if it’s empty oil or already filled with oil.
do you have hot thermoplastic paint striping machine?
yes, our model DP3200 is for thermoplastic paint striping which is popular used for outdoor road line painting, high way line painting, street line painting etc. all these road surface are suffered by the sun and the rain, the snow and ice, and damaged by vehicle every minute, so it requires durable lines with high performance.
what’s difference between road cold paint and road hot paint?
The cold paint for road line marking are mainly applied to street, shopping mall, factory, commercial area, underground garage crossing, and school sporting area marking, living area marking etc. The cold painting is not so durable as hot road painting, so it needs refinishing / striping again when it’s worn or not shiny any more after 2 or more years.
While the hot road line painting is generally heated by gas, the paint is getting melted after the heating, and then dropped onto the road through the dispenser. The thermoplastic painting is high abrasion resistance, but the disadvantage is very slow applying, low efficiency, and heavy to move.

A: Our MOQ is 10-100 units depends on the model. For small pump or spray guns , the MOQ is 100. and for large capacity pump, the MOQ could be 10. We can accept 1 or 2 units for sample testing order.
