Putty sprayer setting

Ⅰ:Power Supply and machine adjustment.

1.The length of the cord must less than 50M, and should be 3mm² copper core, and the power no less than 380V.

2.Check loose prime/spray valve and tighten if so.

3.Add the lubricating oil(4~5 drops) as request each time before operation.

4.Connecting the hose, spray gun, tip etc according to the manual.

5.Turn the prime/spray valve to prime position, and switch on the power, check the drain hose and turn the prime/spray valve to spray position once the paint flows smoothly and free of bubbles, turn(C.W.) the pressure regulator until the pressure to 200bar, then lock that and finished the adjustment.

Ⅱ:The putty selecting&mixing.

1.The grain of the Putty powder should be less then 120 mesh and without any fibre inside. Choice the putty powder with less glue content(less than 8%), add more water if the glue content is over the standard.

2.Buy one refiner(With 1500W&Copper wire motor ), Mix the putty power(10KGS) with water(7kgs) directly, then poured that into the refiner for mixing, then it will be available for painting, which will avoid the loosen pressure and gun blocked. The Atomization will be good if the pressure is over 90 BAR, not more than 130BAR when spraying.

***: The mixed putty power must be flowing, otherwise the machine will NOT work.

Ⅲ;

1.For the coating material, paint, latex or fire-retardant coating spraying, the length of the high pressure hose should less then 50M and height less than 15M

2.For putty spraying.the length of the high pressure hose should less then 23M and height less than 8M

3.The Repair kits(piston rod&V-packing): With Max. Pressure with 200 Bar, replace the repair kits 3 months a time for putty and half year a time for other material.

***The French chalk, white cement are NOT available with this DP-6880.
